The product works by eliminating chlorine, and its bad odor, from water. It quickly converts harmful chlorine to sodium chloride (table salt), which is completely safe to the animal. Each production batch is lab tested for effectiveness.

Flavor aids and odor masking additives sometimes trick animals into drinking more, but they don’t eliminate the harmful effects of chlorine. These additives can still lead to your animal becoming ill and dehydrated at the show. Show FresH₂O™ eliminates the underlying problem…chlorine.

Yes. The product uses only ingredients approved by the FDA for use in animal feeds. It has also been reviewed and approved by a licensed veterinarian. 

We recommend using a bottle within one year of opening. The product is stable in both hot and cold temperatures. It is also resistant to microbial spoilage. You can store it in your show box year-round.

No. The product will not freeze during winter months, unlike water filters.

One bottle treats 150 gallons (30 five-gallon buckets). Squeeze the bottle to fill 15 mL into the bottle’s built-in measuring cup. Pour this into a 5 gallon bucket containing the water and stir for about one minute.

No.  If you are on the road at a show it’s a safe bet that the water is chlorinated and you can just use Show FresH₂O™. However, if you need confirmation that the product is working you can use the strips to test the show water before and after treatment.
